I made a dinosaur-themed maze a while back and could not remember where it was published. Whatever the case, it is not showing up in my blog’s archive, so I decided to include it again this month.

“Help the mommy dinosaur collect her missing eggs and get back to her nest.”
The goal of the maze is to reach the finish line and collect as many eggs as possible along the way. For a more challenging experience, you can try to collect all the eggs without moving twice over the same path.

You can download the maze here, and don’t forget the solution if you get stuck!

To incorporate this maze into your family or classroom lessons, you can include activities focusing on critical thinking skills, such as categorizing dinosaurs by size or habitats or identifying which ones are herbivores or carnivores. You can also use it in conjunction with my other printable dinosaur activities. Additionally, you can use individual dinosaurs from the maze as jumping-off points for further research. With this strategy, kids can explore each species’ diet, physical characteristics, and habitat preferences.

Enjoy!
